Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Security Guard at Boss Security Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining safety and order on the assigned premises. Duties include:
- Patrolling assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Responding to alarms and incidents with professionalism
- Monitoring site access and checking identification
- Communicating clearly and calmly during emergencies
- Reporting daily activities and irregularities
- Cooperating with law enforcement and emergency responders if needed
- Using mobile apps for time tracking and site management
Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard Licence
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle or valid 5F license)
- Physically fit and able to patrol large areas on foot
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to write clearly in daily logs
- Familiarity with basic smartphone apps and email
- Ability to follow instructions and respond to client inquiries
