Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Process Operator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating multifunctional food processing machinery
- Performing corrective machine adjustments as needed
- Monitoring video displays, gauges, and printouts to ensure correct processing conditions
- Recording production data and maintaining shift logs
- Checking finished products for defects and quality standards
- Cleaning equipment and immediate work areas to maintain hygiene and safety
- Making process variable adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- A secondary school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of related experience
- Familiarity with operations such as grinding, mixing, blending, baking, or extraction
- Experience using multifunctional process control machinery
- Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to complete repetitive tasks
- Ability to work physically demanding shifts in a fast-paced environment
