Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Kitchenhand at Pullman Hotels & Resorts, your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning dishes, kitchen tools, and food preparation equipment
  • Assisting chefs with basic prep such as chopping and organizing ingredients
  • Keeping kitchen areas—including floors and benches—clean and hygienic
  • Managing waste disposal and recycling as per procedures
  • Supporting safe food handling practices
  • Being alert and proactive with kitchen safety protocols

Required Qualifications and Skills
